- All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days after your order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Providers
We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly. Our primary shipping partners include USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, and DHL.
Shipping Addresses

Tracking and Refunds
- Customers who choose not to pay for tracking services with their order should be aware that we cannot guarantee tracking or delivery confirmation. In the event of lost or undelivered packages without tracking, Omni-Cult will not be able to provide refunds or replacements. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking for added security and peace of mind.
Lost or Damaged Items

Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
